aka “More Reasons to Hate Aquaman”
FUCK YOU AQUAMAN KICKS ASS.
SO MUCH ASS. FUCK AQUA HATERS!
Aquaman doesn’t suck because of his powers.
He sucks because basically no writer in the history of ever has made him exciting.
Meanwhile you’ve got Namor over in the Marvel Universe who has almost all of the same powers and a pretty similar backstory and he’s AWESOME. Because writers have given him important things like, you know, personality and good stories.
:) i think u shud read New 52 Aquaman my friend :D its freaking amazing.
I honestly dont like Namor. And i always thought the same about him but ive lately noticed that he has a tiny fan following. I always thought his personality was a bit static.
hahaahhaa Arthur had a personality before the n52 and was awesome before the new52 thank you very much
How about some Pre-New 52 Aquaman recs? American Tidal, Thicker than Water, The Waterbearer, Brightest Day — Aquawar, Aquaman vol.5 by Peter David.
Heroes need support and love to fight and keeping moving on in life. They cannot be alone. They are not perfect gods.
And I’ll repeat this again:
Happiness and love is what gives strength to all heroes. What makes them heroes is the fact that they are willing to share and use that happiness and hope to give strength to all of those who need it.

I am SO going to get myself that Wonder Woman one :D
Li’l Gotham #15
Li’l Gotham is notorious for sneaking in characters that aren’t used in the main DCU, but Fridolfs and Nguyen really went all-out for their convention issue. Aside from (what might actually be considered) guest appearances by characters like Simon Trent [the actor who played Gray Ghost], Winslow Schott [Toyman] and Jack Rider [as well as his alter-ego, the Creeper], this issue featured cameos from highly-missed characters such as Stephanie Brown, Cassandra Cain, the animated Teen Titans, the Damian Wayne that appeared in the main universe before his untimely death in Batman Incorporated #8, and, do I spy Wally West?!
"As long as you enjoyed them, remember them, and continue to appreciate them, then that character, your hero or heroine, will always exist.” Doesn’t hurt if you’ve also got a talented pair of creators rooting in your hero or heroine’s corner, giving them nods whenever they can sneak them past editorial.
Li’l Gotham: Our universe is better than yours.
REASONS WHY AQUAMAN DOESNT SUCK
AN ANGRY LIST BY TUMBLR USER ARKHAMS
- HE DOESNT JUST USE HIS TELEPATHY ON FISHES ONCE HE GAVE A GUY A SEIZURE BY JUST CONCENTRATING RLY HARD
- HIS WIFE IS A SUPERHERO TOO AND SHE IS F-A-B FAB
- HE CAN FUCKING TRAVEL THROUGH TIME AND SPACE
SUPERMAN FAMILY #196. July-August 1979. “Super-Disco Fever!” Written by Cary Burkett, Penciled by Kurt Schaffenberger, Inked by Dan Adkins.
Clark Kent is taken to a discotheque by his fan club and discovers that a madman has hidden several bombs beneath the dance floor.
He slyly uses his super-powers to disarm each one, using only the raw propulsive musk-scented power of … his moves.
